Dave holds the Master of Music and has 20+ years teaching experience in the US and Europe. He has taught clinics, masterclasses, lessons, and classroom lectures, and is currently a professor of music composition at Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL.

Dave is a member of SESAC and the Production Music Association and is a former member of ASCAP, the Percussive Arts Society, International Association of Jazz Educators, and Music Educators National Conference.
